Contracting with Dillard Marketing and Consulting means that you’ll have access to a professional, full service marketing, coaching, and facilitation agency who is comfortable exploring foundational needs and deploying action steps. Services provided include:
o Business Coaching –
o Website Services – general management, creation, optimization, online board document repository/access and board portal
o Social Media Services – Set-up, management and fulfillment.
o Design – Logos, advertising, printed and online products.
o Writing – Services are available but I’ll need a point of contact who can answer questions and brain storm the voice, audience and destination (website, social media, advertising, brochures, press releases, etc). I will expect that a general narrative will become standardized over time.
o Project management and facilitation – Work with the board, members, local organizations, businesses and residents, utilizing an array of strategies and models to develop a full awareness/marketing campaign to position the Foundation as a significant aspect of the region.
o Grant Research, writing and Administration – Opportunities exist to develop funding sources for projects and expansion. This would be an employed when we address building legacy development and sustainability.
